Vastned Retail verwerft 33 units in winkelcentrum Walburg in Zwijndrecht
Het pan-Europese winkelvastgoedfonds VastNed Retail heeft voor € 40,5 miljoen (inclusief aankoopkosten) 33 units in winkelcentrum Walburg in Zwijndrecht (Rotterdamse regio) verworven.
Profiel VastNed Retail VastNed Retail is een winkelvastgoedbelegger die zich nadrukkelijk richt op binnenstedelijke locaties en actief is in vijf kernlanden: Nederland, Spanje, Frankrijk, België en Turkije. De waarde van de vastgoedportefeuille per 30 september 2010 bedroeg € 1,9 miljard.
